What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. There are similar technologies, such as local storage (localStorage), which work the same way for these purposes. In this policy we call them all “cookies”.
Summary
At present neither this website nor the app uses analytics, advertising or social media cookies. We only use the techniques that are essential for them to work and to remember the preferences you choose, which do not require your consent under the law (art. 22.2 of the LSSI, the Spanish Information Society Services and E-commerce Act). Even so, we show you a notice so that you know what is there and can decide on anything we add in the future.

All of them are first-party (Kobrio’s own) and none is used to track you across other websites. In an environment without HTTPS (only in development) the session cookies lose the __Secure- prefix.
Third-party services
- Anti-spam verification (Cloudflare Turnstile), strictly necessary. When enabled, the contact form (and only that page) loads Cloudflare’s Turnstile script in invisible mode to detect and block bots. Cloudflare considers these signals strictly necessary, so they do not depend on your choice in the cookie notice. What Turnstile may store in your browser is described in Cloudflare’s cookie policy; the data it processes, in the privacy policy.
- Network protection (Cloudflare). Cloudflare serves this website and, if it detects suspicious traffic, may set technical security cookies that are not used to track you. They are described in its cookie policy.
- Payments (Stripe) and signing in with Google or Microsoft. When you pay or sign in with Google or Microsoft, you do so on those services’ pages, which apply their own cookie policies.
How you decide
The first time you visit, we show you a notice with three equally prominent buttons: Accept, Reject and Settings. In “Settings” you see the categories: technical cookies are always on and analytics cookies are off unless you switch them on (they are not used at present). We store your choice in kobrio-consent with the notice version and the date; if we change the notice or 12 months go by, we ask you again.
You can change your choice at any time from Cookie settings, at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you block the technical ones, the app will not be able to keep you signed in.
If in the future we add analytics tools, we will list them here before switching them on and they will only load if you accept them.
